A multi-use quarter in the Elmworth area, mostly native bush including Aspen, Spruce and Willow. There is a creek running through the Southern section and a hayfield with approximately 30+/- acres being farmed. Good gravel road on 2 sides, 2.5 miles off the pavement; power runs down the West side of the property. This is one of the best quarters in the area for wildlife habitat.
