This parcel of land is located right on Hwy 43 close to the BC border. It has an old yard site with power, natural gas, and an old well (all the services are being sold as is). There is also an old house that is currently uninhabitable. The 139 acres has been recently logged and is piled. A lot of the work has been done and it is close to being able to be farmed.
