Welcome! This lovely family home sits on one of the largest properties in New Horizons. Off a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac, there´s lots of room to play. The house is charming & very well cared for with many updates including exterior hardiplank & windows. It offers a great floorplan with 3 bedrooms upstairs & a possible 4th on the main floor. The kitchen, with newer appliances, is open to the large family room which then spills onto the sunny backyard. The yard is completely enclosed with a new fence & retaining wall & features apple trees, raspberries & is a prolific producer of veggies! A fantastic location, quiet, but easy walking distance to Town Centre Park & Coquitlam River´s trail network. Shopping, skytrain & schools nearby too. An absolute pleasure to show. (id:27476)
