Route 114 to Midland Road. Go straight at the sharp turn down to snowmobile trail for 790 meters. This little piece of paradise is located just off of Route 114 and the Midland Road in Mechanic Settlement on some of the best snowmobile trails in Southern New Brunswick. The property consists of mostly young softwood growth, but has a 5-7 acre section of mature softwood and hardwood at the back. There is a 12 x 14 cabin tucked away in off the road, great for warming up and resting your head after a long day on the trails. There is also a newly drilled well (not hooked up).
