Heading east from Fredericton along Route 2 (TCH), take exit 347 toward Mill Cove/Chipman. Turn left on to Mill Cove Road which becomes Route 105. Turn left on to Sunset Bay Road, right on to Hunts Lane. Land is on the right. Sign is up. Here is your opportunity for a lot close to the beach on Grand Lake. Only 300 m stroll to the water's edge.
