From the Dryden Wal-Mart, travel east on Hwy 17 - 26.5 kilometers to the Highway 72 turn-off. Turn north onto Hwy 72, travel 7.5 kilometers to Hartman Lake. Just past the Hartman Lake road sign and guard rails, turn right onto the gravel drive which leads into the subject property. Our signs are posted. Two large waterfront parcels of undeveloped Canadian shield and forest. The two abutting parcels comprise approx. 268 acres and feature 11,850 feet or 2.24 miles of shoreline on the west side of Hartman Lake. Portions of the shoreline is sand. The lands are heavily treed and appear relatively level and low profile.
