Old Hastings Road & Steenburg Lake North Road. All the way to the top on a nice switch back lane you will find a prefect building plateau where a custom home once stood but burnt years ago. Currently there is a professional built bunkie and a 30 ft camper trailer. Use this as a hunting retreat or a future build. The owners spent 30k a few years ago and had a solar system installed. Great spot for a retreat, a hunt camp or a future build. Close to Coe Hill or Bancroft. Several lakes and trails nearby. Come and take a look! (id:27476)
