Prime annexed development site adjacent to existing Dalmeny residential neighborhood. Dalmeny has created a potential development plan. They are open to proposals with very limited “red tape”. Recent HWY upgrades to Dalmeny and quick access to Martensville and Hwy 12 makes this site competitive with Martensville and Warman for distance back to Saskatoon.
